European brigandine of the XV-XVI centuries is a model of the late Middle Ages. It was popular among all military branches, while hadn’t been replaced by full-plate armour.

This model of plates’ armor is based on the brigandine pattern from the scientific publication "The riders of the war. European Cavalry" by Aleksinsky, Zhukov, Butyagin, Korovkin, 2005 year.

Custom medieval plates’ armor is made-to-measure item. That means that our artisans use individual body parameters and personal regards of client to handcraft such body protection.

Stock items may be returned within 14 days if unused. Return shipping is covered by the customer; refunds apply to item price only. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or our mistake, in such cases we will remake or refund at our expense. Lost parcels are covered — we will investigate and resend if needed.

Delivery

By default, all orders are shipped via Ukrainian National Post or Nova Poshta, at the sole discretion of Steel Mastery. The carrier delivers the parcel to your local postal service or pickup point. Tracking details are provided after dispatch. Express courier services (such as DHL, etc.) are available only upon request via email and are subject to additional cost and confirmation.

  • Leather accessories – 2–4 weeks;
  • Clothes – 2–8 weeks;
  • Gambeson and padded armor – 8–12 weeks;
  • Brigandines – 1–3 months;

Sturdiest piece of armor I've owned. Gone through multiple events with no bruises to show for it.

Heavy, but reliable. The front and back are strapped together so you can separate the two halves. The flaps that hang down do a decent job of protecting your groin, and even the brigandine spaulders option covers your shoulder and armpit from strikes. Would definitely recommend.
