Mail coifs and aventails

Mail coif was extremely popular among the knights and other medieval Europe brawlers. This flexible chainmail hood covers wearer’s throat, neck, and top of the shoulders.  We apply the most conventional Medieval times method of linking rings together – 4-to-1 pattern – each ring is linked with four others.  You can see brass trims as a decoration on the pictures 3-6, notice that triangle edges or brass rings on the edges are additional options By all means, don’t forget to wear cale under your metal-rings armor!
