Not everybody could afford such udnershirt, as it had being made of thin white fabric, which was very expensive. Shirt is very loose, with wide sleeves and square-shaped decollete with pintucks.  Sleeves of shirt are passed through the cuts on the detachable sleeves, and lady showed her wealth in such a way. Medieval Italian ladies were wearing such undershirt in white colour, and this colour is by default. But in options you may choose another colours at your request.
