This model was widespread in the XI-XV centuries. As common soldiers, so noble warriors were wearing such quilted jerkins.
Ordinary gambeson is suitable for usage for both, men and women. We make padded gambesons by historical patterns and basing on the ancient pictures of this padded underarmor.

Additional options are subject to an extra charge. Prices for most options are displayed directly, while certain customizations (such as print, embroidery, appliqué etc.) require individual calculation.

Stock items may be returned within 14 days if unused. Return shipping is covered by the customer; refunds apply to item price only. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or our mistake, in such cases we will remake or refund at our expense. Lost parcels are covered — we will investigate and resend if needed.
By default, all orders are shipped via Ukrainian National Post or Nova Poshta, at the sole discretion of Steel Mastery. The carrier delivers the parcel to your local postal service or pickup point. Tracking details are provided after dispatch. Express courier services (such as DHL, etc.) are available only upon request via email and are subject to additional cost and confirmation.
Custom-made items require production time before shipment. Estimated production time:
- Leather accessories – 2–4 weeks;
- Clothes – 2–8 weeks;
- Gambeson and padded armor – 8–12 weeks;
- Brigandines – 1–3 months;
- Metal armor – 2–7 months.
