We will refund shipping costs, make a new item and send it to you. If postal service lost your parcel, we make a search of it. If parcel could not be found, we make new item at our expense.
We ship orders via Ukrposhta (National Postal service of Ukraine). They carry order to your national post office, who delivers it to you in their turn. If you want express deliver (DHL, etc.), please contact us.
There are different time of manufacture for every item: Gambesons and padded armor – 8-9 weeks; Costumes and other clothing – 4-6 weeks; Brigandines – 3-4 months; Leather accessories – 2-4 weeks. Please contact us if you would like to know more precise terms.

Men's cotta is a wide shirt made of wool or linen and is worn over the chemise. The lenght of cotta was changing in time - from the midthigh to the ankles. The simple cut of cotta was unchanged - only materials and colours were vary. Cotta with lenght to the midcalf is typical for the XII-XIII centuries. On the neckline, there is a cut to the solar plexus. It is being fastened with leather string, and all holes for the string are sewn round by hand. The bottom-hem and sleeves are decorated with fabric strips of contrast colour. Long chausses and chemise will be a perfect addition to this cotta. The cotta is a part of soldier's costume. We recommend you to order cotta with lining, as it'll make it more comfortable in wearing. The main colour is available in options for order. This medieval costume is typical for crossbowman if the XII-XIII century. It includes to following items: -braies -chemise -chausses -cotta -cale -gambeson Chausses with footstrap are being fastened with leather strings to the braies or to the wide fabric belt. Long cotta is decorated with thread on the round neckline and sleeves. Gambeson with long sleeves and cuts on the bottom hem has fastening on the neckline and provides with a good mobility and protection. Cale is a type of cotton or linne cap with long lacing. Usually, it had been worn under the main headwear (chaperon, bonnet), but sometimes it was used as liner for helmet. Base material is 100% natural cotton. ..
