Men's cotta is a wide shirt made of wool or linen and is worn over the chemise. The lenght of cotta was changing in time - from the midthigh to the ankles. The simple cut of cotta was unchanged - only materials and colours were vary.

Cotta with lenght to the midcalf is typical for the XII-XIII centuries. On the neckline, there is a cut to the solar plexus. It is being fastened with leather string, and all holes for the string are sewn round by hand.
The bottom-hem and sleeves are decorated with fabric strips of contrast colour.
Long chausses and chemise will be a perfect addition to this cotta. The cotta is a part of soldier's costume.
We recommend you to order cotta with lining, as it'll make it more comfortable in wearing.

If you don’t like the received product for any reason, you may send it back to us within 14 days. If the received item has defects or does not fit your parameters, we will make a new item and send it to you at our costs. If postal service lost your parcel, we make a search of it. If parcel could not be found, we make new item at our expenses.
