We will refund shipping costs, make a new item and send it to you. If postal service lost your parcel, we make a search of it. If parcel could not be found, we make new item at our expense.
We ship orders via Ukrposhta (National Postal service of Ukraine). They carry order to your national post office, who delivers it to you in their turn. If you want express deliver (DHL, etc.), please contact us.
There are different time of manufacture for every item: Gambesons and padded armor – 8-9 weeks; Costumes and other clothing – 4-6 weeks; Brigandines – 3-4 months; Leather accessories – 2-4 weeks. Please contact us if you would like to know more precise terms.

Medieval plate pauldrons are based on the patterns from the funeral armour of English knight Ralph Fitzherbert (d.1483). This shoulder protection is completely handcrafted. Standard options: - cold rolled steel, 1.0 mm; - painting inside; - satin polish finish; - steel rivets and buckles; - high quality leather straps The pictures show blued armour with brass rivets and fastenings made of red leather and brass buckles. All these options are for additional payment. You can order the spaulders separately or make a kit of English gothic armour together with cuirass and elbow caps. Well-known "Avant Armour" is dating from about 1440-1445 years. It was crafted in Corio workshop, Milano, and was belong to fon Matsch (the owner of Churburg Castle in 1445). Now this armour is in almost perfect condition and is kept in Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, Glazgo, Scotland. Difference in size is a specific feature of this shoulder protection. Left pauldron is larger, than the right one. This unique form is peculiar only for pauldrons of "Avant Armour" and was never used for another types of armour.
