If you don’t like the received product for any reason, you may send it back to us within 14 days. If the received item has defects or does not fit your parameters, we will make a new item and send it to you at our costs. If postal service lost your parcel, we make a search of it. If parcel could not be found, we make new item at our expenses.

Delivery

We ship orders via National Postal Service, who carries order to your local post office. Upon shipping, we provide you with tracking number of parcel. If you need express delivery (DHL, TNT, etc.), please contact us.

Terms

Every product is handcrafted and requires time for manufacture. Approximate time:

Gambeson and padded armor – 8-9 weeks;
Costumes and other clothing – 4-6 weeks;
Brigandines – 3-4 months;
Leather accessories 2-4 weeks;
Metal armor – 2-5 months.

I think I managed to get the ultimate HEMA gambeson! I ordered a custom version of this jacket: 2 layers of padding, 350N fabric, longer so it covers the hips and part of the thighs, a sllit in the back, extra room in the shoulder and upper arm area, a blade catcher collar and nickel plated buckles. It's an amazing piece of equipment. certainly good enough for hard sparring with only mask, gloves, armguards(or long cuffs) and elbow guards. Mobility is off the charts. It looks amazing. I drew it and they built it. Could not be more extatic about the result!

I had the chance to test the fencing jacket today (HEMA longsword). It took quite some hits. The jacket did quite well, but I'm happy that I chose the version with two layers of padding since with only one layer some hits might have hurt quite a bit more. I like the overlap on the front side and the fastening straps do their job. (There are leather straps on the in and outside of the front.) The high collar is nice and while I still use a hard collar underneath, it adds additional padding to the neck and throat which is nice. The fit and finish is freat and the jacket looks really good. I bought the red and blue version.

The jacket is really comfortable and doesn't restrict movement too much. I had the chance to test the jacket for sparring today (HEMA Longsword) and it took quite some hits. I have to say that I'm glad that I chose two layers of padding since I think, that otherwise the hits would hurt quite a bit more than they do now. The overlapping front suits me just right and the leather fastenings do a good job. (The jacket has leather straps on the inside and on the outside). The high coller is nice. I still wear a hard collar beneath it, but it adds some padding there which is nice. The fit and finish of the jacket is great and it looks really nice. I bought the red and blue version.
