If you received your product and you don't like it for any reason, you may send it back to us within 14 days. If the received item has defects or does not fit your parameters, please contact us. We will refund shipping costs, make a new item and send it to you. If postal service lost your parcel, we make a search of it. If parcel could not be found, we make new item at our expense.
We ship orders via Ukrposhta (National Postal service of Ukraine). They carry order to your national post office, who delivers it to you in their turn. If you want express deliver (DHL, etc.), please contact us.
There are different time of manufacture for every item: Gambesons and padded armor – 8-9 weeks; Costumes and other clothing – 4-6 weeks; Brigandines – 3-4 months; Leather accessories – 2-4 weeks. Please contact us if you would like to know more precise terms.

This model of medieval helmet is based on the paintings from the book “Jami al-Tawarikh” (Eng. "Compendium of Chronicles") of Persian historian Rashid-al-Din Hamadani, who expounded history of the Mongols in this book. We made slight changes in the helmet design, so now it is completely compliant to SCA standards and HMB. Helmet has bar-grill visor, which is attached to the peak, and neck plate. Distance between the rods is about 2 cm (less than 1 inch). Two rondels on the both side provide with additional protection for temples. Barbute is type of popular helmet in Italy of the XV century. Due to cheek guards, face is largely covered. Ethimologically, the word “barbute” is derived from Italian “Barba”, what means “beard”. It can be interpreted as “Bearded helm”: cheeck guards or beard, staring from under the helm are meant. This model of barbute type helmet can be made of cold-rolled or stainless steel of 1.5 mm, 2 mm or 2.5 mm.
