This item is a custom-made, which means that our crafters use individual body measurements of a client for manufacture. Such type of manufacturing provides with a perfect fit of an item.
description
This costume of landsknecht of the XV century is based on the picture of Hans Leonhard Schaufelein “Dancers at a Wedding”.
Costume consists of:
- Hat. It is fixed with fabric strap under the chin.
- Doublet with cuts. It has thigh-length skirt, and puffed sleeves with cuts, which are decorated with bows. Fastened from the front with lacing with brass points.
- Breeches with cuts. . Have a codpiece, which is attached by lacing with brass points. Legs of breeches can be tighten under the knee with fabric straps.
- Short chausses with lacing on the back side of calf for better fitting on the leg.
Variety of colours in one costume, a lot of details and cuts, where a lining could be seen - these features are typical for a garb of German sellsword.
All eyelets are sewn around by hands. Lacing is handcrafted as well.
We make such perfect medieval outfit according to customer’s parameters and wishes.

All components of the costume can be ordered separately.
Stock items may be returned within 14 days if unused. Return shipping is covered by the customer; refunds apply to item price only. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or our mistake, in such cases we will remake or refund at our expense. Lost parcels are covered — we will investigate and resend if needed.
By default, all orders are shipped via Ukrainian National Post or Nova Poshta, at the sole discretion of Steel Mastery. The carrier delivers the parcel to your local postal service or pickup point. Tracking details are provided after dispatch. Express courier services (such as DHL, etc.) are available only upon request via email and are subject to additional cost and confirmation.
Custom-made items require production time before shipment. Estimated production time:
- Leather accessories – 2–4 weeks;
- Clothes – 2–8 weeks;
- Gambeson and padded armor – 8–12 weeks;
- Brigandines – 1–3 months;
- Metal armor – 2–7 months.
