description

The Small-Plated Brigandine "Leeds" is inspired by 15th-century armor and engineered for modern full-contact combat. Its dense layout of small, overlapping steel plates provides excellent protection while maintaining superior flexibility and freedom of movement.

Файл:Brigandine, Italian, c1470, Royal Armoury, Leeds (internal view).JPG

Designed for dynamic fighting, it distributes the impact efficiently and adapts to the body for a secure, comfortable fit. Fully adjustable leather straps ensure reliable performance over any gambeson.

  • Small-plated design for maximum mobility and "fluid" movement.
  • Densely overlapping steel plates for high-impact protection.
  • Anatomical fit that contours to the body.
  • Fully adjustable with heavy-duty leather straps and steel buckles.
  • Ideal for: HMB (Buhurt), HEMA, full-contact combat, and historical reenactment.
  • Customization: Fabric, color, steel thickness, and sizing available on request.
