Brigandine gauntlets of the XIV was popular medieval hand armor of European knights. Good combination of metal and leather were making this protection comfortable in wearing and reliable during the battle.

Our model of brigand gloves is based on the original Visby gauntlets of the 1340 year.

Metal plates are installed from the inner side of leather wristband, which is completely covers the wrist. Fingers are protected by overlapped steel plates. Leather straps on the palm part and belts with buckles on the wrists safely keep this medieval knight armour on the hand.

If you don’t like the received product for any reason, you may send it back to us within 14 days. If the received item has defects or does not fit your parameters, we will make a new item and send it to you at our costs. If postal service lost your parcel, we make a search of it. If parcel could not be found, we make new item at our expenses.


We ship orders via National Postal Service, who carries order to your local post office. Upon shipping, we provide you with tracking number of parcel. If you need express delivery (DHL, TNT, etc.), please contact us.


Every product is handcrafted and requires time for manufacture. Approximate time:

  • Gambeson and padded armor – 8-9 weeks;
  • Costumes and other clothing – 4-6 weeks;
  • Brigandines – 3-4 months;
  • Leather accessories 2-4 weeks;
  • Metal armor – 2-5 months.

Made to my custom measurements and requests already more comfortable than my other HEMA gloves to be honest, the price is reasonable as well although, keep in mind, if your package has to go through customs, you might have to pay almost as much as the original price for it, not that these guys can do anything about it of course, just something to keep in mind. I'll report back after using them a while.
