Lacing cords and threads are the most important must-have accessory for a medieval look. Seriously, you will need them for underwear, costume and armor and lots of other things. For tying up chausses and trousers, for lacing up doublets and dresses, for hanging various items from the belt, to lace up shoes, to tie up parts of armour. And yes, even for the clothes decor, lacing cords sewn on clothes is a very popular and stylish method of embellishing your costume. Threads are useful for tying up anything, knotting anything, tying anybody... It's a multifunctional and absolutely irreplaceable item.
The price is for one meter of lacing cord, but you can certainly order a much, much longer cord if you need it.
Stock items may be returned within 14 days if unused. Return shipping is covered by the customer; refunds apply to item price only. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or our mistake, in such cases we will remake or refund at our expense. Lost parcels are covered — we will investigate and resend if needed.
By default, all orders are shipped via Ukrainian National Post or Nova Poshta, at the sole discretion of Steel Mastery. The carrier delivers the parcel to your local postal service or pickup point. Tracking details are provided after dispatch. Express courier services (such as DHL, etc.) are available only upon request via email and are subject to additional cost and confirmation.
Custom-made items require production time before shipment. Estimated production time:
- Leather accessories – 2–4 weeks;
- Clothes – 2–8 weeks;
- Gambeson and padded armor – 8–12 weeks;
- Brigandines – 1–3 months;
- Metal armor – 2–7 months.
