This item is a custom-made, which means that our crafters use individual body measurements of a client for manufacture. Such type of manufacturing provides with a perfect fit of an item.

Presented closed knight helmet is an evolution of medieval head protection topfhelm.
It is called the Sugarloaf helm. The helmet has no moving parts. Foot soldiers usually did not wear such helmet. However, such head armor was popular among mounted knights. Main purpose of battle helm was to protect the rider from a direct strike with a spear.
Two narrow eye slits and holes on the both sides of visor allow perfect vision and breathing during the combat. By your wish, we may drill breathing holes only on one side of helmet.
This made-to-measure Middle Ages helmet is completely handcrafted by our artisans.

Stock items may be returned within 14 days if unused. Return shipping is covered by the customer; refunds apply to item price only. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or our mistake, in such cases we will remake or refund at our expense. Lost parcels are covered — we will investigate and resend if needed.
By default, all orders are shipped via Ukrainian National Post or Nova Poshta, at the sole discretion of Steel Mastery. The carrier delivers the parcel to your local postal service or pickup point. Tracking details are provided after dispatch. Express courier services (such as DHL, etc.) are available only upon request via email and are subject to additional cost and confirmation.
Custom-made items require production time before shipment. Estimated production time:
- Leather accessories – 2–4 weeks;
- Clothes – 2–8 weeks;
- Gambeson and padded armor – 8–12 weeks;
- Brigandines – 1–3 months;
- Metal armor – 2–7 months.
