At the heart of our collection lies a dedication to authenticity and individuality. Every print in our catalogue is applied by hand in our workshop, making each piece unique. Inspired by historical motifs, manuscripts, heraldry, and decorative ornaments, our prints are designed to bring character, depth, and craftsmanship to every garment and textile piece.
We believe that details matter. That is why every pattern is carefully prepared and hand-printed with precision and care — not mass-produced, but crafted one by one. In our workshop, historical inspiration meets craftsmanship. Stock items may be returned within 14 days if unused. Return shipping is covered by the customer; refunds apply to item price only. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or our mistake, in such cases we will remake or refund at our expense. Lost parcels are covered — we will investigate and resend if needed.
By default, all orders are shipped via Ukrainian National Post or Nova Poshta, at the sole discretion of Steel Mastery. The carrier delivers the parcel to your local postal service or pickup point. Tracking details are provided after dispatch. Express courier services (such as DHL, etc.) are available only upon request via email and are subject to additional cost and confirmation.
Custom-made items require production time before shipment. Estimated production time:
- Leather accessories – 2–4 weeks;
- Clothes – 2–8 weeks;
- Gambeson and padded armor – 8–12 weeks;
- Brigandines – 1–3 months;
- Metal armor – 2–7 months.
