Descrizione

Chaperon was the most popular medieval headwear in the XV century. Primarily, there was a hood with pelerine, which had fastening from the front. But in time, it had been transformed to some model of turban, decorated with festoons of different shape. Chaperons came into fashion in Burgundia in the early XV century and soon after it embraced all Medieval Europe.

Base price includes simple chaperon without festoons. If you wish to decorate your headwear with oak leaves, as on the photos and video, you can choose its option, also you can add another decoration – hand-sewn edge.

But if you want festoons of another form, please choose it in the options – “your individual illustration” and send the wished pattern to us at [email protected]
