We mean not a vulgar scuffle and not a grand battle, but an affair of honor. “A heart”, one will answer; “A neck”, will smirk another; “A liver”, will confidently shake a head the third. And, only few will answer: “Arms”. Oh! First three wise men have the point without any doubts. As there are no chances to survive if a cold point of a sword pierced through the heart, neck or liver. However, it is not possible to continue a fight even though that trinity is intact, but there is nothing to hold a weapon. So, there is one more substantial answer – arms.

Stock items may be returned within 14 days if unused. Return shipping is covered by the customer; refunds apply to item price only. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or our mistake, in such cases we will remake or refund at our expense. Lost parcels are covered — we will investigate and resend if needed.
By default, all orders are shipped via Ukrainian National Post or Nova Poshta, at the sole discretion of Steel Mastery. The carrier delivers the parcel to your local postal service or pickup point. Tracking details are provided after dispatch. Express courier services (such as DHL, etc.) are available only upon request via email and are subject to additional cost and confirmation.
Custom-made items require production time before shipment. Estimated production time:
- Leather accessories – 2–4 weeks;
- Clothes – 2–8 weeks;
- Gambeson and padded armor – 8–12 weeks;
- Brigandines – 1–3 months;
- Metal armor – 2–7 months.
