What could be more regal than a lavish gown – the fur schaube of Henry VIII, the king, the warrior, the husband, the lover, and just plain handsome?
This gorgeous schaube of the XVIth century is sewn of gold brocade and golden brown eco fur.
The stylisation is as close to real garment as it could be. Just as it was customary in the Renaissance, this gown can be made of velvet or brocade, lined with linen or cotton. However, if you really want to embody the image of a gorgeous king, we are ready to make a fur coat with a lining of brocade or velvet for you.
Remember that this chic outfit which creates a gorgeous silhouette was a status garment and it was totally forbidden for ordinary craftsmen or villagers. Only high-class men and royalty could wear a schaube
