Chaperon was the most popular medieval headwear in the XV century. Primarily, there was a hood with pelerine, which had fastening from the front. But in time, it had been transformed to some model of turban, decorated with festoons of different shape. Chaperons came into fashion in Burgundia in the early XV century and soon after it embraced all Medieval Europe.
Base price includes simple chaperon without festoons. If you wish to decorate your headwear with oak leaves, as on the photos and video, you can choose its option, also you can add another decoration – hand-sewn edge.

Chaperon is fundamental part of the Burgundian men’s costume of the XV century.
If you don’t like the received product for any reason, you may send it back to us within 14 days. If the received item has defects or does not fit your parameters, we will make a new item and send it to you at our costs. If postal service lost your parcel, we make a search of it. If parcel could not be found, we make new item at our expenses.
We ship orders via National Postal Service, who carries order to your local post office. Upon shipping, we provide you with tracking number of parcel. If you need express delivery (DHL, TNT, etc.), please contact us.
