Brigandine gauntlets of the XIV was popular medieval hand armor of European knights. Good combination of metal and leather were making this protection comfortable in wearing and reliable during the battle. Our model of brigand gloves is based on the original Visby gauntlets of the 1340 year. Brigandine Visby gauntlet from Historiska Museet, Stockholm, 1340 year Metal plates are installed from the inner side of leather wristband, which is completely covers the wrist.
