Medieval full-plate armor called Gothic was the most widespread type of XV century’s body protection. It was popular all over Europe; plate armor made by German artisans considered to be the most famous and top-ranked metal protection.
There are many samples survived to our days, and you may see these beautiful pieces of art in world museums.
Gothic armor is well-known for its unique design: sharp and pointed lines, numerous of reinforcement ribs on the surface.
This model of German leg armor in Gothic style is completely handcrafted. Segmented cuisses (thigh protection), fans and under knee plate have ribs, which reflect blows perfectly. There is also a rib I the center of leg armor.

Stock items may be returned within 14 days if unused. Return shipping is covered by the customer; refunds apply to item price only. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or our mistake, in such cases we will remake or refund at our expense. Lost parcels are covered — we will investigate and resend if needed.
By default, all orders are shipped via Ukrainian National Post or Nova Poshta, at the sole discretion of Steel Mastery. The carrier delivers the parcel to your local postal service or pickup point. Tracking details are provided after dispatch. Express courier services (such as DHL, etc.) are available only upon request via email and are subject to additional cost and confirmation.
Custom-made items require production time before shipment. Estimated production time:
- Leather accessories – 2–4 weeks;
- Clothes – 2–8 weeks;
- Gambeson and padded armor – 8–12 weeks;
- Brigandines – 1–3 months;
- Metal armor – 2–7 months.
