If you received your product and you don't like it for any reason, you may send it back to us within 14 days. If the received item has defects or does not fit your parameters, please contact us. We will refund shipping costs, make a new item and send it to you. If postal service lost your parcel, we make a search of it. If parcel could not be found, we make new item at our expense.
We ship orders via Ukrposhta (National Postal service of Ukraine). They carry order to your national post office, who delivers it to you in their turn. If you want express deliver (DHL, etc.), please contact us.
There are different time of manufacture for every item: Gambesons and padded armor – 8-9 weeks; Costumes and other clothing – 4-6 weeks; Brigandines – 3-4 months; Leather accessories – 2-4 weeks. Please contact us if you would like to know more precise terms.

This dress was typical in the 12th century. It was reconstructed from graphic sources. It is based on original patterns. The dress has very wide sleeves and decorated with beautiful braid (trims). Soldier of the XII-XIII centuries
Soldiers of XII-XIII centuries were wearing such outfit. As they were not professional warriors, their main aim was assistance to the knights in everyday life and during campaigns. Costume consists of: -braies -chemise -chausses -cotta -padded cap -padded mittens -gambeson Chausses are being cut on the bias, that allows to make them rather tight on the legs. There are leather string on the top of the chausses, with what you can fasten chausses to the holes in braies or to the fabric belt. Cotta is decorated with material strips on the bottom-hem and sleeves. Simple cut is typical for XII-XIII centuries. Long cut on the neckline of cotta is laced with leather string. Sleeveless gambeson is the important part of soldier's appearance, despite of the weak safety. Padded cap is used as liner for helmet and protect your head perfectly. Cuts on the palms of the padded mittens are made for better hold. Mittens protect your arms well during medieval fencing. Base material is 100% natural cotton. ..

First coats of arms had appeared approximately in the XII century, and became inherent part of knight’s outfit in the XIII century. Primarily, coats of arms were rather long, but to the XIV century, it was being sewn shorter - to the middle thigh. Tabard is usually worn over the main armour. Coat of arms has wide cut, with or without sleeves. Usually, it is belted. We offer to sew tabard with sleeves and cuts on the sides with your own blazon. Please choose the main fabrics in options.
